LncRNA AF339813 is significantly increased in pancreatic cancer (PC) tissues and positively regulated by NUF2. AF339813 plays a pivotal role in the proliferation and apoptosis of PC cells. With treatment of siRNA-AF339813, the expression of Caspase-3, Caspase-9 and Bax are significantly increased and Bcl-2 is significantly decreased. Besides, siRNA-AF339813 can also lead to a decrease in cyclins D1 and CDK4/CDK6 (1).
