Its expression level is associated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation in breast cancer (1). AK058003 siRNA can reduce SNCG expression at both mRNA and protein levels (1, 2). Functionally, AK058003 can promote proliferation, migration and invasion of breast cancer cells (1). In addition, AK058003 can promote hypoxia-induced migration and invasion of gastric cancer cells (2).
