Anisomycin can stimulate expression of BACE1-AS and apoptosis-related proteins in OCSCs. Moreover, anisomycin can inhibit OCSCs xenograft growth. Accordingly, silencing of lncRNA BACE1-AS expression can weaken the effects of anisomycin in OCSCs.
