Gene basic information

Cancercolorectal cancer,

LncRNA CTD903 expression is up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues. The higher CTD903 group shows more percentages of colon cancers comparing with rectum cancers, less mucinous tumors, and smaller tumor size. CTD903 high expression group has a significantly longer recurrence-free survival (RFS). Overexpression of CTD903 impairs cell invasion, migration and proliferation. CTD903 represses Wnt/β-catenin signaling and inhibits EMT-associated transcription factors twist and snail expression (1).
