Description

LncRNA EGOT expression is lower in breast cancer compared with the adjacent noncancerous tissues, and low levels of EGOT expression are significantly correlated with larger tumor size, more lymph node metastasis and higher Ki-67 expression. Moreover, patients with low levels of EGOT expression show significantly worse prognosis for overall survival (1).
