Description

LncRNA FTX is significantly up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues, and correlated with differentiation grade, lymph vascular invasion, clinical stage and overall survival. Functional analyses show that upregulation of long non-coding RNA FTX significantly promotes growth, migration, invasion, and increases colony formation in colorectal cancer cells (1).
