Description

LncRNA HCG11 is up-regulated in breast cancer and its upregulation is associated with poor overall survival duo to the copy number alteration (1). However, LncRNA HCG11 is down-regulated in prostate cancer (2). Downregulation of HCG11 is correlated with the age, LN status, preoperative PSA level, Gleason score and BCR in prostate cancer. Moreover, downregulation of HCG11 can predict a poor prognosis in prostate cancer.
