Description

LncRNA HIF1A-AS2 is up-regulated in gastric cancer (GC) (1) and bladder cancer (2). Overexpression of HIF1A-AS2 is significantly associated with tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, higher TNM stage and shorter overall survival (OS) time (1, 2). Besides, HIF1A-AS2 can promote the proliferation of GC cells (1) and promote cell proliferation, migration and inhibit cell apoptosis in bladder cancer (2).
