Gene basic information

Cancergastric cancer,non-small-cell lung cancer,pancreatic cancer,

LncRNA HMlincRNA717 is significantly down-regulated in gastric cell lines (1), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and cell lines (2) and pancreatic cancer (3). HMlincRNA717 level is associated with clinicopathological parameter in gastric and lung cancer (1, 2, 3) and is an independent prognostic factor for lung and pancreatic cancer patients (2, 3).
