HOTAIRM1 is higher in acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) (1), granulocytic (2), lower in colorectal cancer (3). Its expression level is associated with prognosis (1). It can regulate cancer cell proliferation (3). Moreover, it is regulated by PU.1 (2).
