Description

LncRNA HOXD-AS1 is up-regulated in bladder cancer (1) and neuroblastoma (2). HOXD-AS1 is positively correlated with tumor size, histological grade and TNM stage in bladder cancer. HOXD-AS1 can promote bladder cancer cell proliferation, migration and inhibit apoptosis (1). HOXD-AS1 is up-regulated by retinoic acid in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell line. Besides, HOXD-AS1 expression is regulated by PI3K/Akt signaling pathway (2).
