Description

LncRNA POU3F3 is higher in colorectal cancer (1), glioma (2), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (3) and gastric cancer (4). POU3F3 regulates cancer cell proliferation, migration, metastasis, invasion, apoptosis and EMT (1). Mechanistically, POU3F3 is negatively regulated by EZH2 (5). Besides, it negatively regulates p18, caspase-9, caspase-3, E-cadherin (1) and positively regulates cyclin D1, CDK4, pRb, Rb, N-cadherin (1).
