Description

LINC00152 is higher in breast cancer (1), gastric cancer (2), hepatocellular carcinoma (3) and clear cell renal cell carcinoma (4). LINC00152 expression level is associated with clinicopathological parameters such as tumor size, differentiation grade, TNM stage, depth of invasion, prognosis etc. (5, 3, 4). Moreover, LINC00152 regulates cancer cell proliferation, migration, metastasis, invasion, apoptosis and EMT (6). Besides, LINC00152 can bind to EGFR (5) and EpCAM (3). LINC00152 functions via negatively regulating E-cadherin (6), p15, p21 (7) and positively regulating N-cadherin, Vimentin (6).
