Description

Linc00675 is up-regulated in human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cell lines and cancerous tissues, and significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, perineural invasion and overall survival. Besides, Linc00675 is a potential biomarker for predicting recurrence in PDAC patients. Cell functional experiments show that Linc00675 regulates proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells via negatively regulating Cyclin E and Cyclin A and positively regulating Cyclin D1 and CDK2. Moreover, Linc00675 regulates invasion ability and expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition-related genes: N-cadherin, vimentin, E-cadherin (1).
