Description

LINC00963 is up-regulated in prostate cancer. Knockdown of LINC00963 attenuates cell proliferation, motility, invasion ability, the expression of EGFR and phosphorylation levels of AKT, and promotes cell apoptosis. In addition, LINC00963 is involved in the prostate cancer transition from androgen-dependent to androgen-independent and metastasis via the EGFR signaling pathway (1).
