LncRNA LUADT1 is up-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), and correlated with the tumor stage, but not with N stage or TNM stage. LUADT1 promotes cell proliferation via regulating cyclin D1, cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4), cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) and Ki67. In addition, LUADT1 binds to SUZ12 and epigenetically inhibits p27 expression by mediating H3K27 trimethylation at the promoter region of p27 (1).
