Description

LncRNA ROR is higher in breast cancer(1), pancreatic cancer (2), colon cancer (3), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (4) and lower in glioma (5). ROR expression level is associated with clinicopathological parameters such as tumor size, prognosis (2). ROR regulates cancer cell proliferation, migration, metastasis, invasion, apoptosis and EMT (6). Mechanistically, ROR can bind to miR-145 (2). Moreover, ROR negatively regulates E-cadherin (1) and KLF4 (5), while positively regulates ZEB1, ZEB2, vimentin, fibronectin, N-cadherin (1), and SOX11 (5).
