Description

LncRNA SBF2-AS1 is significantly up-regulated in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and a high expression level of SBF2-AS1 is correlated with lymph node metastasis and advanced TNM stage. SBF2-AS1 promotes proliferation, migration and metastasis of NSCLC cells. At molecular level, the study finds that SBF2-AS1 controls the cell cycle by inhibiting P21 via binding to SUZ12 region of P21 (1).
