Description

LncRNA TINCR is higher in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (1), gastric cancer (2) and lower in colorectal cancer (3). TINCR expression level is associated with clinicopathological parameters such as invasion, lymph metastasis, TNM stage, differentiation etc. (3). TINCR regulates cancer cell proliferation, migration, metastasis, invasion, apoptosis and EMT (1, 3). Mechanistically, TINCR can bind to EpCAM (3) and STAU1 (2). Moreover, TINCR negatively regulates c-Myc (3) and positively regulates CLDN7, ANXA1 (1).
