Description

LncRNA TUSC7 is lower in colorectal cancer (1), osteosarcoma (2), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (3), gastric cancer (4) and non-small cell lung cancer (5). TUSC7 expression level is associated with clinicopathological parameters such as tumor size, tumor stage, distant metastasis and prognosis (6, 3). Functionally, TUSC7 regulates cancer cell proliferation, migration, metastasis, invasion and apoptosis (1, 7). At molecular level, TUSC7 can bind to P53 and miR-211 (1). Mechanistically, TUSC7 negatively regulates Cyclin D1, VEGF (2), Bcl2 (7), miR-23b (4) and positively regulates cyclin A2, cyclin B1, BCL2, BimEL (2).
