Gene basic information

Cancerbladder cancer,

LncRNA UNMIBC is up-regulated in the primary non-muscle invasive bladder cancer and significantly associated with recurrence. Moreover, UNMIBC has a key role in G0/G1 arrest. Furthermore, RNA and chromatin immune-precipitation assays demonstrate that UNMIBC is physically associated with EZH2 and SUZ12, leading to an altered histone H3 lysine 27 methylation status of target genes (1).
