LncRNA ZXF2 is higher in lung adenocarcinoma specimens and correlated with tumor lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis of the patients. Functionally, siRNA-ZXF2 treatment inhibits cell proliferation, leading to cell cycle arrest. The cell migration and invasion are suppressed by siRNA-ZXF2 treatment. Further biochemical studies reveal that the knockdown of ZXF2 leads to down-regulation of c-Myc signaling (1).
